Automatic follow-up scan
Administrators can scan existing Homework, Boost, Attendance and Discipline records to create follow-up tasks. Each qualifying source creates at most one task. A scan never changes the source record or authorizes dorm release.

Create a staff follow-up
Administrators may assign work to any active staff member. Other staff may create tasks for themselves. Records linked to students are restricted to administrators in this first phase.
